Breakfast was generous and the room was cozy. Stuff was super wonderful! Luxury hotel with friendly service. Super location, within a walking distance of hinterdorfstrasse. I loved the outdoor restaurant, where I had dinner.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a characterful base for staying in Zermatt. There were stores and a supermarket close enough to the property. Bar just a walk down to the hotel. Room had a wide array of facilities, including a safe, TV set and a work desk.

In front of sunnegga, 10 minutes' walk to zermatt train station. There was a great dining option, petit royal cafe only 100 feet from the hotel. It took us 15 minutes to reach the matterhorn on foot.
